You have read and heard enough about how hydration is the cornerstone of healthy hair and radiant skin and as many times as you may have heard this, it’s still common to skip on those good ol glasses of water during your busy days. Also, remember, it's not just about reaching for a glass of water; it's about a holistic approach. Incorporate hydrating skincare and haircare products like serums, moisturizers and masks that lock in moisture, keeping your skin plump and dewy.
